Ice cream is a frozen dessert usually made from dairy products. It is very easy to make in very short time and perfect dessert for everyone( specially kids). Best part of coconut ice cream is, it can eat during fasting and auspicious day .
Ingredients (for 2 serving)
- Condensed milk-1 cup(homemade)
- Fresh young coconut/fresh grated coconut -1 cup
- Coconut milk-1/2 cup
- Cardamom powder-1 tsp
- Nutmeg powder-1 tsp(optional)
- Pinch of salt
Step 1 –Take chopped young coconut and coconut milk in a food processor/grinder and process it for 5 minutes, blend till smooth .Add condensed milk process it 1-2 minutes add pinch of salt,add cardamom powder,nutmeg powder again process it 30 second.
Step2- Pour in the container, cover them with cling film and also cover with cover lid,keep in freezer for 6-8 hours.
Enjoy Silky, soft Coconut ice cream !!!!!
Note-Cardamom powder and nutmeg powder can replace with 1 tsp vanilla extract.
