Blueberry bundt cake

A Bundt cake is a cake that is baked in a bundt pan, shaping it into a distinctive ring shape.Blueberry cake is made with juicy blueberry . I made blueberry cake with  sweetened condensed milk.Condensed milk makes cake rich creamy .Blueberry cake is perfect with tea/coffee.

Ingredients(20- slices)

• All purpose  flour –2 cup
• Blueberry-1 cup
• Baking powder – 1 tsp
• Salt – 1/4tsp(1 pinch)
•  Warm water – 1/2 cup
• Hung curd-2 tbsp
• Olive oil – 1/2 cup
• Condensed milk(sweetened)-1 cup
• Baking soda- 1/2 tsp
• Vanilla essence – 1/2 tsp
• Lemon juice-1 tsp
• Strawberry,cherry,blueberry for serving(Optional)

Method

Step1 – Preheat oven to 350F/180C for 10 minutes.Spray bundt pan with cooking spray.

Step2 – In bowl take  oil,hung curd, vanilla essence, condensed milk and beat until it becomes fluffy.

Step 3 –In other bowl take flour,  baking powder, baking soda  and sieve it 2 times for better aeration.

Step 4 – In big bowl take  wet mixture  add dry mixture, mix until just combined(if need add hot water). Add lemon juice  mix well, add blueberry and fold it proper.

Step 5-Pour mixture in to bundt pan.

Step 6 – Bake in preheated oven for 30  minute until toothpick comes out clean.

Step 7– Cool pan for 10 minutes,remove it to on wire rack and cool proper.

Step 8-Serve with fresh fruits and enjoy it.
