Top three easy and healthy recipe of Green Papaya

Papaya is good for heart,eyes,digestion,hairs.Due to rich antioxidants property help in improve immunity . Unripe/Green papaya used in Southeast Asian cooking both raw and cooked.Here is some easy recipe of papaya for everyday.

Thai green papaya salad-

Thai green papaya  salad combines the four main taste of the Thai cuisine sour lime,hot chili,salty soy sauce and sweetness of brown sugar. The ingredients are mixed in a mortar.Crispy shredded papaya salad served as salad/appetizer/starter.

Ingredients(serving-2)


  • Shredded  green papaya-1 cup
  • Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp finely chopped
  • Thai Red chili-1 tsp finely chopped
  • Garlic-1 tsp finely chopped
  • Roasted peanut-2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice-1-2 tsp
  • brown sugar-1 tsp
  • Tamarind pulp-1 tsp
  • Light soya sauce-1 tsp
  • Cherry tomato-4-5 pieces

Method-


 

Step 1 –In a mortar pastel take chopped garlic,chili,brown sugar and 2 chopped cherry tomato  mix well.Place in a bowl add tamarind pulp, soya sauce,lemon juice and mix well,keep aside.

Step 2 –Cut half rest cherry tomato and keep aside.In mixing bowl add shredded papaya,cherry tomatoes and prepared sauce,mix well.Add roasted peanut and serve it.

Green Papaya Kofta-

Green Papaya  Kofta is made with deep fried papaya balls cooked in tomato- cashew nut-yogurt ,base gravy.Kofta is made with grated bottle gourd,chickpea flour and spices .Delicious  soft,creamy flavored Papaya  Kofta  make Papaya testes fabulous.
