Thai green papaya salad-
Thai green papaya salad combines the four main taste of the Thai cuisine sour lime,hot chili,salty soy sauce and sweetness of brown sugar. The ingredients are mixed in a mortar.Crispy shredded papaya salad served as salad/appetizer/starter.
- Shredded green papaya-1 cup
- Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp finely chopped
- Thai Red chili-1 tsp finely chopped
- Garlic-1 tsp finely chopped
- Roasted peanut-2 tbsp
- Lemon juice-1-2 tsp
- brown sugar-1 tsp
- Tamarind pulp-1 tsp
- Light soya sauce-1 tsp
- Cherry tomato-4-5 pieces
Step 1 –In a mortar pastel take chopped garlic,chili,brown sugar and 2 chopped cherry tomato mix well.Place in a bowl add tamarind pulp, soya sauce,lemon juice and mix well,keep aside.
Step 2 –Cut half rest cherry tomato and keep aside.In mixing bowl add shredded papaya,cherry tomatoes and prepared sauce,mix well.Add roasted peanut and serve it.
Green Papaya Kofta-
