Double chocolate bundt cake

A Bundt cake is a cake that is baked in a bundt pan,shaping it into a distinctive ring shape.Bundt cake is simple cake,do not need any filling.It is very easy to cut in slices.Double chocolate bundt cake is very delicious cake.

Ingredients(20- slices)


  • All purpose  flour –2 cup
  • Chocolate-1 cup
  • Baking powder – 1 tsp
  • Salt – 1/4tsp(1 pinch)
  •  Warm water – 1/2 cup
  • Hung curd-2 tbsp
  • Olive oil – 1/2 cup
  • Brown sugar powder – 3 tbsp
  • Baking soda- 1/2 tsp
  • Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
  • For the glaze
  • White chocolate-1/2 cup
  • Milk-2 tbsp
  • Icing sugar-1 tbsp(optional)
  • Strawberry for garnishing

Method


Step1 – Preheat oven to 350F/180C for 10 minutes.Spray bundt pan with cooking spray.

Step2 – In bowl take  oil,hung curd, vanilla essence, sugar and beat until it becomes fluffy.Melt dark chocolate and keep aside.

Step 3 –In other bowl take flour,  baking powder, baking soda  and sieve it 2 times for better aeration.

Step 4 – In big bowl add   wet mixture,melted chocolate, mix it add dry mixture, mix until just combined. Do not over mix.

Step 5-Pour mixture in to bundt pan.

Step 6 – Bake in preheated oven for 30-40 minute until toothpick comes out clean.

Step 7– Cool pan for 30 minutes,remove it to on wire rack and cool proper.

Step8-Melt white chocolate  with milk in oven then add icing sugar mix  till smooth texture and pour warm glaze over cooled cake. Garnish with fresh strawberry slices and enjoy it.
