Corn Uttapam is easy to digest,healthy low carb uttapam .Corn Uttapam is perfect for breakfast/lunch box/meal.Topping of cottage cheese and veggie makes it amazing delicious.
- Semolina-1 tbsp
- Corn kernels-1 cup
- Curd-2 tbsp
- Onion-2 tbsp chopped
- Paneer-2 tbsp grated
- Green chili-1 chopped
- Salt-1/2 tsp to taste
- Carrot-1 tbsp, grated
- Coriander leaves-2 tsp finely chopped
- Cooking/Olive oil – 1 tbsp
Step1-In grinder take corn kernels, 2 tbsp water and make fine paste, keep aside.
Step 2 – In a bowl take corn batter, semolina,salt,curd mix it, add green chili,chopped coriander leaves, mix well.
Step 4 – Heat nonstick pan and add 1 tbsp oil.Take batter with help of round serving spoon pour in pan.On top of batter put onion , carrot,paneer. Press with spatula so that it can stick with batter well.Cover the pan and cook it for 10 minutes on medium flame
Step 5 – After 10 minutes flip it gently then cover the pan and let it cook for 5 minute on medium flame
Step 6 – Serve Healthy Corn Uttapam with almond/cashew nut/coconut chutney.
