Spaghetti And trio cheese garlic bread

 

 


Spaghetti is a long,thin,cylindrical,solid pasta.It is  a staple food of traditional Italian cuisine.Spaghetti  can make so many variations.In this recipe spaghetti is cooked with pasta sauce and flavored with fresh herbs .Garlic bread  gives good complements to spaghetti.

  Ingredients(serving-2)


 

For Spaghetti-

  • Spaghetti-200 gram
  • Red chili flakes-2 tsp
  • Black paper powder – 1 tsp
  • Mix Italian herbs – 1 tbsp(optional)
  • Salt-1/2 tsp
  • Garlic clove-5-6 finely chopped
  • Pasta sauce-2 tbsp
  • Olive oil–2 tbsp
  • Fresh basil-5-6 leaves
  • Parmesan cheese-2 tbsp(any type cheese)

For Trio cheese garlic bread

  • All purpose  flour – 1.5cup
  • Yeast – 1 tsp (instant)
  • Salt – 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar – 1/2 tsp
  • Water – 1/2 cup(warm)
  • Olive oil – 3 tbsp
  • Black paper(crushed) – 1 tsp
  • Dried oregano seasoning – 1 to 2 tsp
  • Garlic powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Chili flakes – 1/2 tsp
  • Trio cheese-100 gram
  • Fresh basil 2 leaves

 

 

Method-


 

Step1-In a large bowl add  3-4 cup water boil it add 3-4 drop olive oil,1 tsp salt and spaghetti  ,boil it 10 minutes  with stirring ,then check with spoon  if it is not  cooked  then stir it and cook 2-3 more minutes,place spaghetti in any strainer and remove excess water keep aside(reserve-1/2 cup spaghetti water).

Step 2 –Heat nonstick pan add 1 tbsp olive oil,add chopped garlic cook it 30 seconds add pasta sauce,Italian herbs,oregano,chili flakes,and cook2minutes till sauce look little thickness consistency.

Step 3 –Add boiled spaghetti mix  it add reserve water also it gives spaghetti  nice shine and good taste.Add cheese and mix well cook 1 minutes .Garnish with basil leaves and serve hot.

Step4-For Trio cheese garlic bread-

Step 5– In bowl take  warm water, sugar, yeast and mix then keep aside for 5 minutes.

Step 6– Take flour in one bowl and yeast mixture then mix it,add salt and knead for 5 minutes then add olive oil ,garlic powder, oregano, basil, rosemary, black paper and kneed for 10 minutes. Cover dough and keep aside for 1 hour.

Step 7 –After 1 hour open dough it will be raised and double-triple in size. Punch it, use corn meal and roll the dough into a rectangle shape. Place in greased baking tray.

Step 8 – Preheat oven to 350f/180c for 10 minutes. Line baking tray with parchment paper and lightly grease keep aside

Step 9–  Place  baking tray, on preheat oven to 180 for 15 minutes. Cook till it becomes golden brown.Remove baking tray from oven and add trio cheese and cook again 5-6 minutes till cheese melt .Sprinkle some oregano and fresh basil leaves serve hot.
