Healthy sweets made by rich dry fruits and no added sugar.Sugar free free sweets is good source of energy and guilt free delicious treat.This sweets easy to make and stay good 1 month at room temperature.It is also good option for traveling.
- Almonds,pistachios,walnut,cashew nuts(mix)-200 g finely chopped
- White sesame seed-50 g
- Cardamom powder-1 tsp
- Nutmeg powder-1/2 tsp
- Seedless dates-250 g finely chopped.
- Ghee-1 tbsp
Step 1 – Grind finely chopped dates, and keep in side.
Step 2 – Heat nonstick pan in low medium and roast sesame seed and keep in side then roast all nuts for one minute. Add 1 tbsp ghee and add dates and mix it properly and cook until the mixture becomes soft it will take8-10 minutes. Add cardamom powder & nutmeg powder and mix it properly. Remove from heat and take this hot mixture in plate.
Step 3 – With the help of spoon make cylinder and roll this cylinder on white sesame seed.
Step 4 – Take aluminum foil and cover the cylinder properly. Keep this cylinder in refrigerator for 1 hours.
Step 5 – After1 hours cylinder becomes hard. Open aluminum foil and cut into pieces and enjoy healthy sweets . in airtight box at room temp 10 days and keep in refrigerator for 1 month.
