Bundt Milk Bread is super soft bread , delicious very easy to make. Here is no fail recipe of Bread.
- Bread flour –2cup
- Yeast – 1 tsp (instant)
- Salt – 1 pinch
- Sugar – 2tbsp
- Olive oil – 2-3 tbsp
- Milk powder -2 tbsp (optional)
- Milk – 1 cup (warm)
Step 1 – In a bowl take warm milk, sugar, yeast then mix it. Cover and keep aside for 5-7 minutes(till bubbles arise).
Step 2 – Take flour in one bowl, add salt, milk powder, yeast mixture and olive oil then mix it well and knead for 15-20 minutes . Cover dough and keep aside for 1 hour.
Step 3 – After 1 hour open dough, it rises and becomes double/triple in size. Punch it and kneed for 10-15 minutes till dough become smooth,beat dough for 5-10 minutes. Take small lemon size dough and stretch it with hands if break/hole appear then beat dough again and check again, stretch it very thin translucent sheet with no break. Roll dough with rolling pin in square shape. Fold it tightly and keep in greased bread bundt pan(joint the both end, and make circle) . Brush the top of bread with olive oil, cover it and keep aside for 1 hour.
Step4 – Preheat oven to 170c for 10 minutes.
Step 5 – Keep bundt pan on preheat oven 170c for 30 minutes till all sides and top dark brown . Cool it completely then cut it .
