Milo Ice Cream

Ice cream is a frozen dessert  usually made from dairy products. Rich creamy, super delicious,soft. It is very easy to make in very short time ,without ice cream maker  and healthy delightful dessert. Milo ice cream is healthy chocolate malt flavored ice cream and first choice of parents and kids.Milo ice cream is super easy to make and perfect frozen treat.

Ingredients (for 2 serving)

  • Condensed milk(homemade)– 200 grams/1 cup
  • Fresh cream(homemade)/heavy cream – 1/2 cup
  • Salt –1 pinch
  • Milo powder-4 tbsp
  • Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
  • Milo powder-1/2 tsp for dusting


Step 1 – In blander take condensed milk, fresh cream, 4 tbsp Milo powder, salt, vanilla extract and bland it till it becomes smooth & fluffy. Pour mixture into container.  Keep container in freezer to set for 2 hour.

Step2 – Take out container and bland it 1 minutes, pour mixture into two servings glass /bowl . Cover it with cling film. Place glass/bowl into freezer for 5-6 hours till set.Serve Milo ice cream with little dust of Milo powder(optional).

Enjoy delicious, healthy,creamy, refreshing, Milo Ice Cream!!!!!!!
