Hello! I have tasted the mango lassi at Hare Krishna’s temple in Mexico City and I LOVE IT! but I’m sure it didn’t have rose syrup nor pistachio. This recipe sounds absolutely marvelous, I will prepare it. Thanks for visiting my blog. Have a great day!

Strangely enough, there was a time when mango lassi seemed to be a favourite on Indian menus outside India but rarely available in India, with the plain sweetened lassi being the favoured one. Of course now I believe it is a lot more commonly available in India as well.

    1. In India it’s mostly seasonal drink
