Chocolate frosted doughnuts are baked can have it any time. It is first choice of kids as dessert/ snacks.Soft, chocolate glaze,creamy Doughnut very easy to make . Here is almond flour doughnut recipe very easy and lighter then regular flour doughnut.
- All purpose flour – 3 tbsp
- Almond flour-3 tbsp
- Yeast – 1/2 tsp (instant)
- Salt – 1pinch
- Sugar – 2 tbsp
- Butter melted – 1tbsp
- Milk powder -1 tbsp
- Milk – 6 tbsp(warm)
- Milk and butter – For brushing
- Curd – 1 tbsp
- Baking powder – 1/2 tsp
- Vanilla extract-1 tsp
- Dark chocolate-2tbsp melted
- Sprinkles-3 tsp
Step 1 – In a bowl take warm milk, sugar, yeast then mix it and keep aside for 5 minutes. Add 2 tbsp flour and mix it, keep aside for 5 more minutes then add curd and mix well.
Step 2 – Take flour in one bowl, add salt,almond flour, milk powder, baking powder and yeast mixture ,vanilla extract and mix it well and knead for 5 minutes then add butter and again kneed for 10 more minutes. Cover dough and keep aside for 1 hour.
Step3 – After 1 hour open dough, it rises and becomes double-triple in size. Punch it and cut dough in two parts. Take one part dough and roll on rolling board with the help of rolling pin into thick circle.
Step4 –Use any round cookie cutter and cut it then small round shape cutter use and cut in to center. Make all similar way .
Step5 – Preheat oven to 350f/180c for 10 minutes. Take line baking tray with parchment paper and lightly grease keep aside
Step6 -Place donut on baking tray and cover it for 45 minutes.
Step 7 – After 45 minutes give milk -butter brushing to all donuts, keep baking tray on preheat oven 180c for 6-8 minutes till just golden on top. Cool it .
Step8-Take cooled Doughnut and pour into melted chocolate one by one and keep in plate . Topping with sprinkles Enjoy fresh Doughnut it!!!!!!!!!
Note :- Resting period is very important do not avoid it.
