Pancakes is a flat thin cake made with flour, milk. It is light, fluffy, delicious and super easy to make. Perfect breakfast specially for kids as well as for all.
- All purpose flour – 1/2 cup
- Almond flour – 2 tbsp
- Salt – 1 pinch
- Sugar – 3 tbsp
- Olive oil – 3 tbsp
- Baking powder – 1 tsp
- Milk -1 cup
- Hung-curd – 1 tbsp
- Vanilla essence -1/2 tsp
- Lemon juice – 1/2 tbsp
Step 1 – In one bowl take milk, hung curd, vanilla essence, lemon juice, 2 tbsp olive oil, sugar and blend it till it becomes little fluffy.
Step 2 – In other bowl take all purpose flour, almond flour, salt, baking powder and mix it.
Step 3 – Mix flour in to milk mixture gentle ( till everything is mixed together ) and keep aside.
Step 4 – Heat nonstick pan for 1 minutes till surface gets hot, pour 1 ladle batter. Drizzle little oil (just 1/2 tsp oil) on pancake corner and cook in low flame 1-2 minutes till upper surface loaded with bubbles. Flip it gentle and cook 2-3 minutes other side till golden brown
Serve hot with fruits/maple syrup/fresh cream/jam !!!!!
