Caramelized Pineapple Ice Cream

Ice cream is a frozen dessert  usually made from dairy products. Rich creamy, super delicious,soft. It is very easy to make in very short time ,without ice cream maker  and healthy delightful dessert. Caramelized Pineapple  ice cream made with fresh caramelized pineapple which  gives little tangy and coconut and milk make it  delicious creamy.

Ingredients (for 4 serving)


  • Condensed milk(homemade)– 200 grams/1 cup
  • Fresh cream(homemade)/heavy cream – 1/2 cup
  • Salt –1 pinch
  • Pineapple(Fresh) – 1 cup
  • Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
  • Sugar – 1/2 cup
  • Raisin – 2 tbsp(optional)
  •  Coconut fresh -2 tbsp(shredded)

Method


Step 1 –Place chopped pineapple into greased baking tray.Sprinkle 2 tbsp sugar on top of the pineapple. Grill it for 5-7 minutes till sugar is caramelized and melted on to the pineapple, take it out and keep aside.

Step 2 – In blander take condensed milk, fresh cream, coconut sugar, salt, vanilla extract and bland it till it becomes smooth & fluffy. Pour mixture into container.  Keep container in freezer to set for 1 hour.

Step3 – Take out container and mix caramelized pineapple and raisin fold it. Cover container with cling film and lid. Place container into freezer for 4-5 hours till set.

Enjoy delicious, healthy, refreshing, caramelized pineapple  Ice Cream!!!!!!!
