Soup is a primarily liquid food.Soup are served before meal to improve digestion.Sweet corn soup is very healthy,delicious made with fresh sweet corn kernels and fresh vegetables.
Ingredients (For 2 servings)
- Sweet corn kernels-1 cup
- Garlic clove-1 tbsp, finely chopped
- Salt-1/2 tsp
- Corn flour-1 tbsp
- White paper powder – 1 tsp
- Carrot-1 tbsp, finely chopped
- spring onion-3 tbsp,finely chopped
- Vegetable stock-1 cup
- French beans-1 tbsp, finely chopped
- Olive oil-for deep frying
- Vinegar-1 tsp(optional)
Step 1–In grinder take sweet corn and make coarse paste.Dissolve corn starch into 3 tbsp water keep aside.
Step 2 –Add oil in big dip pan,add garlic,2 tbsp spring onion saute it for 30 seconds in high flame .Add carrot,french beans saute it 30 seconds.Add corn paste saute it for 3o seconds add vegetable stock,salt,black paper mix well , boil it.Add 1 litre water ,cover and bring to boil it. Cook 10 minutes in medium flame
Step 3 –Add corn starch slowly (low medium heat).Cook 3-4 more minutes with alternate stirring.Remove from heat add vinegar and some fresh spring onion(green one).
