Raspberry-Ricotta Ice Cream(no egg,no whipp cream/heavy cream)

Ice cream is a frozen dessert  usually made from dairy products. Rich creamy, super delicious,soft. It is very easy to make in very short time   and perfect dessert for everyone( specially kids).

Ingredients (for 2 serving)


  • Ricotta Cheese  (homemade) – 200 grams/1 cup
  • Hung curd(homemade) – 1/2 cup
  • Salt –1 pinch
  • Raspberries(Fresh)-1 cup
  • Vanilla extract-1 tsp
  • Sugar-1/2 cup
  • Cashew nut powder-2 tbsp
  • Lemon zest  grated-1/2 tsp(optional)

Method


Step 1 –Take sugar,in a grinder make powder. Add fresh ricotta,hung curd,vanilla extract,lemon zest,salt,cashew nut powder, grind it 3-4 minutes.Place mixture into the container.

Step 2 – In grinder take roughly chopped raspberries grind it 30 seconds.Pour  it on container mix it gently .Keep container in freezer to set for minimum 4-5 hours.

Enjoy delicious Raspberries ice cream!!!!!!!
