Panna cotta(Cooked cream) is an traditional Italian dessert made with sweetend cream thickened with gelatin and molded. Panna cotta can made with fruits(mango,cherry,strawberry) and give gorgeous appearance. Its very easy to make and it can prepared in advance.
For cream layer(Second layer)-
- Veg gelatin unflavored-2tsp
- Thickened cream/Condensed milk-1/2 cup
- Full fat milk-1/2 cup
- Sugar – 2 tbsp(as per taste)
- Vanilla essance-1 tsp
For Mango layer(First layer)-
- Mango flavored gelatin-2 tsp
- Sugar-2 tbsp
- Fresh mango -1 cup
- Thickened cream/Condensed milk-2 tbsp
- Full fat milk-2 tbsp
For Topping-fresh mango fruits,sprinkles
Step 1 – In a blander take mango and make puree,keep aside.
Step2-Dissolve mango flavored gelatin in 2 tbsp hot water( make clear liquid).Add gelatin in mango puree mix well/blend 30 seconds again.
Step3- Take full fat milk ,thickened cream in saucepan cook 2 minutes add sugar and cook till it boil it well,remove from heat and mix it into mango puree. position serving glass in 45 degree angle in muffin tray,pour mango puree in glass and keep glass in refrigerator for 1-2 hours till mango set.
Step4- Dissolve gelatin in 2 tbsp hot water keep aside.Take full fat milk and thickened cream boil it add sugar dissolve sugar with continuous stirring,remove from heat and pour gelatin in to the mixture,mix well.Pour this mix in to glass and keep in refrigerator for 1-2 hours.Garnish with fresh mango fruits,cherry,sprinkle and served chill.
