Rich creamy, salty, crunchy pretzels and smooth fudge is a one of the best delicious treats. It is very easy to make in very short time.
Ingredients for 20 pieces
- White Chocolate (homemade) – 200 grams/1 cup
- Thickened cream/Condensed milk – 1 cup
- Unsalted butter – 70 grams
- Dark chocolate(homemade) – 200 grams/1 cup
- Pretzels – 25 pieces
Step 1 –Take microwave safe bowl and add chopped dark chocolate, 50 gram butter, 1/2 cup thickened milk. Cook it for 1-2 minutes till chocolate gets melted. Take out chocolate mixture from oven and mix well then pour this mixture into line baking tray. Put 10-12 pretzels on top of chocolate layers and keep tray on refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
Step 2 – Take microwave safe bowl add white chocolate, 20 grams butter, 1/2 thickened cream and cook 1-2 minutes till chocolate gets melted. Take out chocolate mixture from oven and mix it well. Pour white chocolate mixture on top of the dark chocolate. Put 10-12 pretzels on top of white chocolate layer. Keep tray on refrigerator for 1 hour. After 1 hour take out tray and cut chocolate fudge into square shape.
