Thin,rectangular chocolate flavored super crunchy biscuits easy to make at home .
- All purpose flour/wheat flour – 1cup
- Salt – 1pinch
- Sugar – 3 tbsp
- Butter cold – 3tbsp
- Baking powder – 1 pinch(optional)
- milk-2 tbsp
- baking soda-1/2 tsp
- Cocoa powder-1 tbsp
Step 1 – In a food processor take butter process it until butter little melt add sugar process it 1 minute till light and fluffy. Take butter sugar mixture in a bowl add flour,baking soda, salt,baking powder cocoa powder ,milk,knead well .Transfer mixture into line baking tray ,flatten proper with spatula .Wrap bakeing tray proper and keep in freezer for 1 hour .
Step 2 – After 1 hour take out baking tray and with knife cut in to rectangular piece .With fork prick each rectangular piece.
Step3– Preheat oven to 350f/180c for 10 minutes. Place baking tray in oven and bake until it will dry proper it will take 30 minutes.Take out from oven and cool it 10 minutes
Step4 -Use knife and cut it again and take out from baking tray.Cool it ,store in airtight biscuit tin.
