Sugarfree dryfruits Sweets and Ladoo

 Dry fruits Dates,apricot,figs,raisins,are sweet in taste, almond cashew nut pistachio rich in fiber,  delicious,high in minerals.Dryfruits mixed with drynuts and flavored with cardamom and nutmeg give yummy treat.

 

Ingredients(8-10)


  • For dryfruit sweets
    • Cashew nut,almond,apricot,pistachio – 1 cup roughly chopped
    • Ghee-1 tsp( optional)
    • Date-1 cup(seedless)
    • Cardamom powder-1 tsp
    • Sesame seed-1 tbsp(White)
  • For Ladoo
    • Date -1/2 cup seedless finely chopped
    • Cashew nut powder-2 tbsp
    • Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
    • Pistachio powder – 1 tbsp
    • Almond – 2 tbsp finely chopped
    • Rasins-2 tbsp
    • Nutmeg powder – 1/2 tsp
    • Ghee – 2 tsp
    • Sesame Seed-2 tbsp

Method


 

Step 1 – For Sweets-Add ghee on nonstick pan in low medium heat 30 seconds add date and cook 5-7 min until date get soft,add apricot,cook 3-5 minutes add chopped almond,cashew nut,pistachio cook 2-3 minutes til mixture became dough like consistency. Add cardamom powder, nutmeg powder mix it proper then remove from heat ,keep aside.Roast sesame seed for 1 minute  and put on plate.Roll date mixture on sesame seed and give cylindrical shape ,cover it with any butter paper and keep in refrigerator for 1 hour.After 1 hour take out it and cut ,enjoy sugar free sweets, it can stay more then one week.

Step2- For Ladoo-In grinder  take seedless date and grind as possible as  keep aside. In pan Roast sesame seed for 1 minute keep aside.Add ghee in pan then add grind dates cook it 4-6 minutes ,add almond cook 1 minute,add cashew nut powder, raisins,cardamom powder,nutmeg powder ,pistachio powder,mix well cook 3-4 minutes  remove from heat cool it for 10 minutes.Make round lemon size ball from mixture and roll in to sesame seed keep in plate.Enjoy sugar free ladoos,it can store more then 1 week.
