Hazelnut Cereal White Chocolate Ball

Creamy white chocolate with toasted hazelnuts, crisped cornflakes gives ultimate crispy, healthy treat.

Ingredients for 8 pieces

  • Whole Hazelnut – 1/2 cup
  • Cornflakes – 1/2 cup
  • C0cabutter  – 50 gram
  • Milk solid – 1 tbsp
  • Powder sugar/Icing sugar – 50 gram
  • Vanilla extract – 1/2 tsp
  • Salt – 1 pinch


Step 1 – In nonstick pan dry roast hazelnut. Cool it and break into fine pieces. Also dry roast cornflakes  few seconds for more crispy and crush it keep aside.

Step 2 -Take cocoa butter in microwave safe bowl melt it for 1 minute, stir it and add milk powder, vanilla extract, one pinch salt and icing sugar then mix well. Pour mixture to chocolate mold and keep in refrigerator for 1 hour.

After 1 hour  take out chocolate block and melt in microwave safe bowl for 1 min; cool it and keep aside for 2 minutes.

Step 3 – In one bowl  add chopped hazelnut, cornflakes and  add  2 tbsp cooled white chocolate; mix it properly and make small round ball then keep it in refrigerator for 10 minutes.

Step 4 – Take out ball from refrigerator and pour each ball into white chocolate then again keep it in refrigerator for 2 hours (till it sets in solid state)
