Coconut Ladoo

Coconut ladoo is very delicious and perfect for any festival to offered God. It is very easy to make.Coconut ladoo is one of most delicious ladoo and also very easy to make.


  • Coconut – 1 cup fresh grated
  • Milk – 2 tsp
  • Sugar – 1/2 cup
  • Mawa – 1 cup(Homemade)
  • Saffron – Few strand
  • Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Pistachio – 1 tbs finely chopped
  • Ghee -2 tsp


Step 1 – Heat non-stick pan then add ghee, grated coconut  cook for 10 to 15 minutes until mixture   become dry then add sugar and cook 5 -10 minutes.

Step 2 – Mix saffron and milk keep aside.

Step 3 – Add cardamom  powder, mawa,saffron and mix it proper Cook it for 8-10 minutes in medium flame. Cool it for 10 minutes.

Step 4 – Take small ball from dough and give in to  ladoo shape with the help of hands,Make all  ladoo similar way , garnish with chopped pistachio. Ladoo are ready to be offered to Lord Ganesha.

NOTE- Roasting of coconut and mawa  gives good flavor so do not avoid it. You can add food color and make different color ladoo as well.
