- Potato– 2cup boiled
- Corn flour-1tbs
- Oil-2 tbs
- Salt-1/2 tsp to taste
- Sesame seed-1 tbs
- Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
- Chaat masala-1 tsp
- Black paper powder-1/2 tsp
- Green chilli-1/2 tsp finely chopped
- Beetroot-2tbs grated
- Carrot-1 tbs grated
- Spinach- 1 tbs finely chopped
- Coriander leaves-1tsp finely chopped
- Mixed dry fruits-2 tbs
- Fennal powder- 1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder-1/2 tsp
Step 1 – Mash potato and mix all dry spices (except sesame seed and corn starch ) and divide three parts.
Step 2 – Take first part and add beetroot mix proper and give( any shape ) star shape with the help of cookie cutter and roll on corn starch, then put sesame seed ,cashew nut and pumpkin seed,small almond, press gentle keep aside.
Step 3 – Take second part add grated coconut mix proper ,give(any shape) heart shape, roll on corn starch,then put sesame seed and cashew nut,raisin ,press gentle keep aside.
Step 4 – Take third part add green chili, coriander leaves spinach mix proper n give square shape and roll on corn starch then some sesame seed, cashew nut, melon seed press gentle and keep aside.
Step 5 -Heat nonstick pan and add oil for shallow fry, fry all pattice in medium high flame.
Serve hot as a appetizers/ starter / side dish.
NOTE : Fry all pattice in medium high heat otherwise pattice absorb more oil an become soft, greasy.
