Italian spherical chocolate made of hazelnut ,wafer shell and milk chocolate.
Ingredients for 15 pieces
- Whole raw hazelnuts – 1 Cup
- Nutella hazelnut chocolate spread – 2 tbs
- Crushed hazelnut wafer (any type) – 10 pieces
- Dark chocolate – 1tbs
- Milk chocolate – 4 tbs
- Walnut – 10-15 pieces
- Hershey’s cocoa powder – 1tsp
Step 1 – In nonstick pan dry roast all hazelnuts. Keep 15 roasted hazelnuts aside and rest chopped finely.
Step 2 – Chop finely walnuts and keep aside.
Step 3 – Crush the wafer and keep aside.
Step 4 – Divide chopped hazelnut into two portions. Add cocoa powder and nutella to first part (A) and on second part(B) add walnut and wafers. Mix both portion properly separately. Keep both portions in freeze for around one hour.
Step 5 – After one hour take off first portion A with nutella mixture from freeze and make round ball then put one whole hazelnut into center. Roll the ball in the dry mixture of second portion B and place on tray.
Step 6 – Repeat step 5 and make remaining 14 pieces. Once all pieces are ready keep it in freeze for 30 minutes.
Step 7 – Melt the milk and dark and mix together.
Step 8 – Take out ball from the freeze and deep in melted chocolate mixture and put back in freeze for another 2-3 hours. Now yummy homemade healthy Ferrero Rocher chocolate ready to eat.
