Chocolate truffle is a type of chocolate sweets made with chocolate, cream, cocoa powder and nuts like hazelnut, walnut, almond etc and coconut.
Ingredients-for 10 pieces
- Dark chocolate – 50 gram
- Coconut – 100 gram(grated,fine)
- Walnut – 50 gram
- Hershey’s cocoa powder -3 tsp
- Condensed milk-2 tbsp
Step 1 – In nonstick pan dry roast coconut for 2-3 minutes then add condensed milk. Cook it for 2 minutes, mix it properly when it’s cooking. Once done keep in refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 2- To melt dark chocolate use microwave/double boiler and keep it aside.
Step3 – Dry roast walnut for few seconds and chop it finely then keep it aside.
Step 4 – After 30 minutes take out coconut mix and make round ball then put walnut in center and cover it properly. Repeat this for all coconut balls. Keep in refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 5 – After 30 min, deep balls in melted chocolate one by one and roll in cocoa powder then keep it in fridge in an airtight container. After one hour this yummy chocolate sweet is ready to serve.
