Healthy Choice- Strawberry, Cucumber, Beetroot Raita

Curd is popular dairy product. It’s good for kids, digestion & immune system, teeth and bone. It is essential nutrients for all age.

Ingredients


  • Curd – 2 cups
  • Strawberry – 1 cup finely chopped
  • Beetroot  – 1 cup grated
  • Cucumber – 1 cup grated
  • Cumin seed –  1 tsp
  • Black pepper  seed – 1 tsp
  • Salt – 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander seed  – 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves – 1 tbs
  • Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Almond powder – 1 tsp

Method


Step 1 – Roast cumin seed, coriander seed, black pepper seed and make coarse powder. Keep it aside

Step 2 – Take pan and dry roast cucumber for 30 seconds. Cool it and keep it aside

Step 3 – Whisk curd in a bowl

Step 4 –  Take a large bowl and add ingredients and mix it properly then add whisk curd

Step 5 – Garnish with coriander and one strawberry  and chill it for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy this healthy Raita with any main course.
