Healthy sweets made by rich dry fruits and no added sugar & butter.Sugar free and butter free sweets is good source of energy and guilt free delicious treat.This sweets easy to make and stay good 1 week at room temperature ,1 month in refrigerator.It is also good option for traveling.
- 200g total of almonds,pistachios,walnut,cashew nuts finely chopped
- 50g white sesame seed
- 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg powder
- 250 gram seedless dates finely chopped.
Step 1 – Grind finely chopped dates and keep in side.
Step 2 – Heat nonstick pan in low medium and roast sesame seed and keep in side then roast all nuts for one minute. Add dates and mix it properly and cook until the mixture becomes soft. Add cardamom powder & nutmeg powder and mix it properly. Remove from heat and take this hot mixture in plate.
Step 3 – With the help of spoon make cylinder and roll this cylinder on white sesame seed.
Step 4 – Take aluminum foil and cover the cylinder properly. Keep this cylinder in refrigerator for two hours.
Step 5 – After two hours cylinder becomes hard. Open aluminum foil and cut into pieces and enjoy healthy sweets .
