Delicious Chinese dish, vegetable dumpling dish flavored with spicy sweet tangy sauces.
Ingredients(Serving two)

- Garlic – 1/2+1/2 tablespoon finely chopped
- Carrot – 2 tablespoon finely chopped
- Onion – 2 tablespoon finely chopped
- Spring onion – 1 cup finely chopped
- Scallion – 1+1 tablespoon finely chopped
- Green chili – 1/2+1/2 finely chopped
- Corn flour-2 tbsp+1 tsp
- All purpose flour-2 tbs
- Cabbage – 1/2 cup shredded
- Beet root-1 tbs finely chopped
- Dark soya sauce – 1/2 tablespoon
- Light soya sauce-1/2+1/2 tsp
- Tomato chili sauce -1 tablespoon
- Black pepper powder – 1+1 tea spoon
- Rice vinegar – 1/2 tea spoon
- Capsicum red,yellow – 4 pieces diced cut
- French beans-1/2 tbs
Method
Step 1 – In large bowl take all veggie,black paper, 1/2 tsp light soya sauce, all purpose flour, corn flour mix it proper make dough without water.
Step 2 – Heat oil in a nonstick pan.
Step 3– Make round ball from dough and deep fry all ball ,place all ball in kitchen towel.
Step 4 -Take 1 tsp corn flour add 2 tbs water mix it, keep aside.
Step 5 -Take 1 tbs oil in pan add, garlic,scallion saute it ,add green chili saute it, add 1/2 tsp soya sauce,1/2 tsp light soya sauces,tomato-chili sauce, 1/2 tsp black paper powder , add corn starch water mixture, mix quickly add Manchurian ball mix it proper ,toss it remove from heat add rice vinegar toss it, add spring onion n serve hot.
NOTE-
- All sauces contain salt so no need to add salt.
- For better taste please use olive oil.
